Item needed urgently

If you need an item quickly then please contact us and let us know. We will try and do all we can to ensure your order is processed within the timeframe. 

Can I purchase a gift card ?

Yes you can. If you need to purchase a gift quickly then goto the Buy tab and in the top middle of the page you will find a button to purchase a £10 gift card. This is the maximum amount allowed for a giftcard with Beloved and Precious.

Can I return/exchange my item?

All our goods can be returned but customers must contact Beloved and Precious for a refund number and return goods in their original packaging within 14 days of their original receipt. Due to the nature of personalised goods such as the Locket, these goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

How long will my B&P Locket order take to be delivered?

The B&P Locket is a highly personalised piece of jewellery. Once we have received a copy of the photograph you would like to be shown in your locket then the lens will be made and at the same time we handcraft the silver locket then we marry the two to produce your individual and truly unique piece of jewellery. As you can appreciate this process can take time and we strive to dispatch it to you within 21 days.   We try and manage this process as best we can by keeping our customers informed so after you place your order, you will be notified of the date when it will be posted. If there will be an unforeseen delay then Beloved and Precious will notify you of this. At busy and peak times we are afraid we cannot guarantee a timeframe although we will endeavour to keep you informed.

Can I cancel an order

Not on personalised goods such as the Locket. All other goods can be cancelled if they have not been dispatched.  

My item has not arrived

Beloved and Precious take out a proof of posting on all orders dispatched. Sometimes at peak times, items may take slightly longer than we have listed in our delivery guide.   If this does happen then please email us at contact@belovedandprecious.com or telephone 07771 696055. We ask you to contact your local post office whilst we track down the order with the post office we sent your order from.

Ordering the incorrect sized ring or bangle

Beloved and Precious cannot resize any goods so we ask customers to carefully consider sizes when purchasing goods. Please contact us if you need help with sizing.

Hallmarking

All silver goods over 7.8 grams are hallmarked. Goods under 7.8 grams are not required by law to be hallmarked and will not be stamped with a hallmark, however please be assured these goods are made from 925 silver.

Silver tarnishing 

Silver can be affected by exposure to perfume, heat, water, heat, chemicals, etc. Please do not wear your silver unnecessarily and clean your silver using a silver cloth.

 

Can I have my item gift wrapped?

All goods are wrapped in Beloved and Precious packaging. Please advise us if you would like your goods sent directly to another recipient.
