We offer a quality assurance on all of our products. However, occasionally there might be a problem which we are sorry to hear about so we try our best to deal quickly with your concerns. We urge you to contact us immediately with any problems to see how we can help.  

Faulty items. We will wrap and package your order carefully, however some items can be damaged in the post or, indeed, are faulty in another way. We will refund (including your postage) or replace according to your requirements. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please post the item second class with proof of postage and ensure it is to be signed for. Please contact us to confirm postage date which must be within 14 days of original receipt. 

Change of mind. When you  receive your order and you decide the item is not what you thought you had ordered then please contact us for an exchange or for a refund order number. We will accept your return if it is unused/unworn and sent back to us within 14 days of receipt in all the original packaging.  We recommend you return any goods to us with postage paid, goods insured and with proof of postage as the item is your responsibility until we receive it. We will then process your refund directly to you, the process should not take longer than 7 days. 


Please note : unfortunately a refund is not available on Beloved and Precious Lockets due to the personalised nature of these items.
